Managing DirectorHi, Jeff and Wallace have been investing in real estate for over 12 years, starting out investing in condos for cash after the Great Recession. They have also invested in single-family rentals and multi-family via joint ventures. Wallace is an immigrant from Kenya and Jeff is second generation Hungarian both born to working-class families. By day, Jeff works as a consultant at Unify Consulting and Wallace as a technical program manager currently working at a Fortune 500 company. Both have many years of experience working in the tech industry and got started with "Toyota Corolla Money" from a startup they worked at that was acquired! They are currently focusing on expanding their multi-family portfolio.
